the breakfast! the rice was so good I can eat it on its own (I don’t normally do that) their staff is very friendly and accommodating too! I stayed here as it was near the location I needed to go to for a concert (Makuhari Messe) and this hotel has a free shuttle bus that I took for convenience.

The staff were friendly, although they didn’t provide useful information like the complimentary shuttle services available until I asked. The shuttle bus driver was extremely helpful and location is pretty convenient.

The room was fine, the bed comfortable enough and the pillow alright. I stayed in a smoking room since it was the only available at the time I booked, although I am not a smoker, and actually the overall smoke smell was very minimal.

The staff was really really nice and friendly. They helped me a lot. Not much amenities but they do keep everything clean and they also have a free onsen and sauna on the top level.
