The hotel is highly regarded for its affordability. The location and accommodations were nice and well-maintained.

The staff were friendly, although they didn’t provide useful information like the complimentary shuttle services available until I asked. The shuttle bus driver was extremely helpful and location is pretty convenient.

The staff was really really nice and friendly. They helped me a lot. Not much amenities but they do keep everything clean and they also have a free onsen and sauna on the top level.

This hotel is a business hotel in a quiet area and a 5-minute walk to a convenience store. There are shuttle bus service going to the Makihari Messe, Zozo Stadium and Kaihin Nakuhari station in the morning. It was about 1500 yen to the Zozo Stadium so it was easy access. Building and facilities are aged (like 40 years ), but it’s a good stay with a lovely Japanese breakfast. There is a hot spring, sauna and restaurant on the 10th floor. Very relaxing.
